- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- We can only provide credit to the original method of payment.
- Items may not be returned if they have been used (burnt, melted, sprayed, opened, etc). All returned items must be in original condition with all tags, seals, boxes, paperwork in place.
- Items must be well packaged in an external box with cushioning material surrounding the item’s cosmetic box. If the item is damaged in shipping the cost of will be deducted from the return. Customer may be responsible for return shipping cost.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Clearance items are not eligible for a return.
- Returns should be shipped to: Courtney’s Candles & Creations, 2029 Willard, Joplin, MO 64804. Be sure to include an order number in the return package. Once a return is delivered, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.
INCORRECT ORDERS: We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, let us know by emailing email@example.com with your order number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. We expect to receive the incorrect item back in less than 30 days or we will assume you have decided to keep it and you will be charged for the item.
