YES - They keep excellent time and have very few problems. Rhythm USA has one person whose part time job is to deal with all the warranty and repair situations for all of North America.
Question - What should I do if my Rhythm Clock develops a problem?
90% of problems with Rhythm Clocks can be solved with two actions - 1) push the RESET button on your clock and see if that clears up the problem. If not, 2) replace the batteries.
Question - What if my Rhythm Clock still has a problem?
Call us and we will see if we can help over the phone... if not, we will give the direct number to Rhythm USA in Atlanta. They will either repair or replace your clock. See below for One Year Limited Warranty Details.
Question - What if my clock is past the one year warranty?
Rhythm will stand behind their clocks and for a nominal charge will repair or replace your clock. Even if your clock is 10 years old, Rhythm will take care of you.
Question - Some stores say I should only buy my Rhythm Clock from a shop that repairs clocks?
Rhythm does not authorize any clock shops to do repair or warranty work on their clocks. All repair or warranty work should only be done by Rhythm USA in Atlanta, GA.
Question - What kind of batteries do the clocks require?
They are all regular flashlight batteries, D, C or AA depending on the clock. Most use 2 batteries, some take up to 6. Rhythm USA recommends using "EVEREADY SUPER HEAVY DUTY BATTERIES". They are available at most stores.
Question - How long do the batteries last?
Generally between 12 and 36 months. One lady claimed hers lasted 7 years... but we suspect her husband changed them once and didn't mention it to her...
QUESTION - What are the details on the Limited Warranty from Rhythm Clocks?
LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
We warrant only to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and care for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Our obligation under this limited warranty shall be limited to repairing the product or, at out option, replacing it with a comparable new or reconditioned product. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear. This limited warranty does not include shipping costs. Repairs will be completed within a reasonable period of time and the product will be returned.
Our liability is limted top the repair or replacement described above. This limited warranty is extended to the purchaser in lieu of all other remedies, including incidential and consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or for the exclusion of incidential or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Applicable in the U.S.A. only.
