Rhythm 1-Year Limited Warranty
Rhythm's warranty is printed below:
We warrant only to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and care for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Our obligation under this limited warranty shall be limited to repairing the product or, at out option, replacing it with a comparable new or reconditioned product. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear. This limited warranty does not include shipping costs. Repairs will be completed within a reasonable period of time and the product will be returned.
Our liability is limted top the repair or replacement described above. This limited warranty is extended to the purchaser in lieu of all other remedies, including incidential and consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or for the exclusion of incidential or consequential damages, sto the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Products in need of repair should be returned directly, postage prepaid, to our Authorized Service Center, not to the dealer from whom they were purchased, together with U.S. $5.00 in check or money orders only to cover handling and return postage. Be sure to pack the product carefully and to print your name and address both inside and outside the package. The package should be addressed to:
